<br /> At the regular meeting of the City Council held on
<br />Tuesday, March 13, 1990, there were present:

<br /> Rev. Richard E. Stahler, Pastor, Sweethaven Baptist Church
<br />opened the meeting with prayer, followed by the Pledge of
<br />Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />
<br />Mayor Webb welcomed all visitors in attendance.
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, minutes
<br />of a Called Meeting of January 27, 1990, and a Regular Meeting
<br />of January 27, 1990, and a Special Meeting of March 1, 1990, 'to
<br />be approved as received, and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />reading and by the following vote:

<br /> "AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $475,000 FROM THE CAPITAL
<br /> IMPROVEMENT FUND AND THE PUBLIC UTILITY CAPITAL
<br /> IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF CURBS AND GUTTERS
<br /> AND THE TOTAL RECONSTRUCTION OF THE STREET AND REPLACEMENT
<br /> OF GRAVITY SEWER LINES ON POLLUX CIRCLE."
