Executive Session. By order of the Mayor." The following items were discussed in the Public Work Session: 1. TRT - Time Transfer 2. Scott's Creek Status Report 3. Emergency Repairs - Twin Pines 90-102 Motion of Mr. Hawks and seconded by Mr. Gray to go into Executive Session pursuant to provisions of Section 2.1-344 of the Code of Virginia to: (1) Consultation with the City Attorney and briefing by Staff on a legal matter involving use permits as permitted under Subsection (A) (7); and (2) Consultation with the City Attorney and briefing by Staff on a legal matter involving business licenses and the assessment of taxes as permitted under Subsection (A) (7); and (3) Consultation with the City Attorney and briefing by Staff on two separate items of potential litigation involving drainage easements as permitted under Subsection (A) (7); and (4) Consideration or discussion of the acquisition of real property for public purpose in the central part of the city as permitted under Subsection (A) (3); and (5) Consultation with the City Attorney and briefing by Staff on a legal matter involving use permits as permitted under Subsection (A) (7); and (6) Investing of public funds as permitted under Subsection (A) (6); and (7) Consideration or discussion of the acquisition or use of real property for public purpose in the southern portion of the city, as permitted under Subsection' (A) (3); and (8) Consideration or discussion of a personnel matter as permitted under Subsection (A) (1); and (9) Consideration of appointments to Boards and Commissions by the City Council as permitted under Subsection (A) (1).
