<br />PROPERTY OWNED BY LOUIS N. MYERS AND ALICE W. MYERS UNDER
<br />EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS P~RSUANT~TO~THE CHARTER OP?SA~FE
<br />CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, SAID PROPERTY BEING NECESSARY FOR TEE
<br />WIDENING IN THE HIGH STREET/SHIRLEY ROAD PROJECT.

<br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Portsmouth has
<br />determined it to be in the public interest to widen High Street
<br />in the High Street/Shirley Road Project; and

<br /> WHEREAS, the City has not been able to purchase the

<br />owners thereof and the City have not been able to agree upon

<br />property will be unreaSonably delayed if said property is not
