<br />90-195 Letter fr6m the City Manager recommending adoption of
<br />an ordinance appropriating $35,200 from the Capital Improvement
<br />Fund for replacement of heating, ventilation and air
<br />conditioning systems and equipment in various City buildings and
<br />a motion authorizing'the award of contracts to the responsible
<br />low bidders.

<br /> "In the 1989 Capital Improvement'Plan, authorization was
<br />approved for replacement of heating, ventilation and air
<br />conditioning systems and equipment in various City buildings.
<br />Several facilities have been identified which are in need of
<br />such attention as their existing equipment is inoperable, or
<br />obsolete. '~

<br /> I am presenting the attached bid analysis for your review
<br />and request the appropr~iation of $35,200 in Capital Improvement
<br />Funds and award of bids for the following projects:
