Herbert <br /> Stuart E. <br /> <br />for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be <br />held in the City Council Chambers, 6th floor of City Hall, 801 <br />Crawford?St~eet, at 5:00 p~.m.
