Th. is expansion wouldl cover the entire City <br />but would.'nut affectS'the fifteen conservation districts already <br />existing~ ?PRH~ wi~ not be authorized' to purchase, property, no <br />one will be requeste~d to relocate, and no buildings will-be <br />torn down as a.~resu~t of your action. ~nstead, ~ow interest <br />rehabilitation loans will be ava~lab~e':to qualifying residents-.. <br />This will contribute to stabilization of neighborhoods <br />throughou~ t~e~City. <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners of the PRHA <br />your approval.
