Steinberg, and John H. <br />Jr., were reappointed for terms of three years each, <br />June 30, 1993. <br /> <br />Faulcon, <br />ending on <br /> <br />Emergency Medical Services Advisory Commission <br /> <br /> Dr. Anthony Cetrone, Dr. Robert Knapp, and LCDR. <br />Christopher L. Laurent, were reappointed for terms of <br />years each, ending on July 31, 1993. <br /> <br />three <br /> <br />Housing Boar'd of Adjustments & Appeal~ <br /> <br /> Sandra Boone, was reappointed for a term of <br />ending ~July 1, 1993- <br /> <br /> Muni~cipat Finance Commission <br /> <br /> Christopher T. Wayne Orton, were <br />appointed for terms of one ye'ar, ending July 1, 1991. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by Mr. Hawks, to close <br />the nominations, and there be no further nominations, the above <br />members were elected to the designated Boards/Commissions, and <br />were adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> 90-272 Jasper B. Fogleman, 729 Nottingham Road, <br />representing the Hodges Manor Civic League, spoke against the <br />use of tax payers money to fund frivolous items. <br /> <br /> 90-2~3 Vera H. Cross, 303 Effingham Street, Apt.~ l-A, <br />representing the Portsmouth Democratic Women's Council, spoke in <br />opposition to public funds being used for retirement party for <br />outgoing Council members. <br /> <br /> 90-274 Minister Rafiq Zaidi, 506 Dinwiddie Street, <br />representing the Concerned Black Citizens, spoke on a proposal <br />to limit drug traffic in the public housing parks. <br /> <br /> MayOr Webb asked that Mr. Zaidi make an appointment with <br />Mr. Orton or one of his staff to discuss the proposal. <br /> <br /> 90~275 Charlotte Scot~, 3520 Towne Point Road, Apt. 9101~ <br />representing Portsmouth Forward, spoke in opposition to the <br />proposed changes in the TRT service in Portsmouth and to the <br />high cost of the service. Also questioned whether the Mayor <br />and/or Vice Mayor serving on the TRT Board was a conflict of <br />interest. <br /> <br /> <br />
