The following items were discussed in the Public Work S ion ~ :~ ....... 1. T MT%~ Jameg E~ols briefed Council on the propOsed ~ chan~es with the TRT schedules. 2. Roy Cherry briefed Council on extended financing and loan guarantee for .Ha.rbor TowerS. ~ 3. V. Wayne Orton briefed Council on the tour with the Virginian-Pilot/Ledger-Star officials. 4. Stuart Katz briefed Council on code changes required by the 1990'General Assembly actions. 5. V. Wayne Orton briefed Council on complaints received and actions to address the concerns. Recommendations will be provided at the next meeting. 6. V. Wayne Orton briefed Council on an emergency appropriation for the June 26, 1990 meeting on a drainage problem on Ruth Lane. 90-254 Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray to go into Executive Session pursuant to provisions of Section 2.1-344 of the Code of Virginia for: (1 Consideration of the use of public property in the downtown and eastern portions of the City as permitted under Subsection (A) (3); (2 Discussion and consideration of a personnel matter as permitted under Subsection (A) (1); Discussion and consideration of a personnel matter as permitted under Subsection (A) (1); (4 Consultation with the City Attorney and briefing by staff members pertaining to a legal matter concerning a contract to sell City owned property as permitted under Subsection (A) (7); (5 Consultation with the City Attorney regarding actual litigation involving a building permit as permitted under Subsection (A) (7);
