<br />bid process and requested Council to investigate the process.

<br />Speaker requested an additional two minutes.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Epperson and seconded by Mr. Clemons, to
<br />grant the speaker two additional minutes, and was adopted by
<br />unanimous vote.

<br /> Peggy Orton, 1909 Columbus Avenue, requested that the
<br />parking policy in Ida Barbour revert back to the way it was
<br />before the changes.
