Mooring Dolphins, response from the U. S. Army Corps, <br />of Engineers is expected by September 4, 1990, regarding <br />permission te maintain dolphins permanently at Riverfront <br />Park. <br /> <br /> 2. SEVAMP, City was awaiting instructions on resuming <br />payments to SEVAMP. Vice Mayor Corprew indicated that he will <br />research the situation with the program::a~'d repor~ on the~ <br />status. <br /> <br /> 3. Street Closings, City Council concurred to defer street <br />closure it~s~:~n-ti't th~e:'s<~dy <br /> <br /> 4.
