<br />March 24. 2009 <br /> <br />(g) All exterior lighting must be directed away from the residential development. All <br />lights shall be fully shielded and fully recessed lens. There shall be no exposed bulbs <br />and there shall be no glare beyond the property line in excess of 0.01 foot-candle along <br />the Rapidan Street exposure. <br /> <br />(h) Access to the site from Cavalier Boulevard shall be limited to one right-in, right- <br />out curb cut. <br /> <br />(i) Access to the site from Victory Boulevard shall be limited to one right-in, right-out <br />curb cut. In addition, the developer shall provide a 150-foot right turn taper southbound <br />on Victory Boulevard at the right in right out entrance at the owner's expense. <br /> <br />(j) The owner/tenant shall not allow broken package sales nor the sale of single <br />beer or wine products. <br /> <br />(k) Building shall be developed in accordance with the approved elevation. <br /> <br />(I) All vacuum and air pumps shall be located along the front half of the southern <br />property line. All devices shall be screened in a manner that is approved by the Director <br />of Planning. <br /> <br />(m) There will be no banners or temporary signs placed on the fence along the west <br />and south property lines. <br /> <br />(n) Prior to any site plan or building permit approvals the owner shall submit written <br />documentation from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) that the <br />proposed improvements in the off ramp of Interstate 264 is acceptable and approved by <br />VDOT <br /> <br />(0) The applicant shall not violate any laws of the Commonwealth or ordinances of <br />the City related to peace and good order, nor suffer repeated or chronic violations by <br />any of its patrons or customers. <br /> <br />(p) The establishment shall be operated in compliance with all other applicable <br />codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and local governments. <br /> <br />(q) The applicant shall obtain all required licenses and permits before operation and <br />these licenses and permits shall remain in effect during the operation of the <br />establ ishment. <br /> <br />(r) All taxes and fees owed or collected in connection with the subject property and <br />operation shall be paid when due. <br /> <br />4.
