Timothy Oksman. <br /> <br />09 - 41 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br />"Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held at the Bide-A-Wee <br />Pavilion, 1 Bide-Wee-Drive, 8:00 a.m., Saturday, January 24, 2009 for the purpose of a <br />City Council Retreat. <br /> <br />In addition, you may consider a motion to go into a Closed Meeting. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />>- Mr. Douglas Smith abstained from the conversation with ReEnergy as Kaufman <br />and Canoles Consulting are affiliates. <br /> <br />09 - 42 - The following item was discussed in Public Work Session: <br /> <br />1.
