I'Anson served the City of Po tsmouth <br />and its ~itizens with distinction as Commonwealth's Attorney, <br />Judge of the Court of ~ustings fer the City of Portsmouth, <br />Chairmgnlof the Beazley and Frederick Foundations and S~nday <br />School T~acher; and <br /> <br /> W~E ~AS, Lawrence W. I'Anson served the City of Portsmouth <br />and the itizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia as Justice and <br />Chief of the Supreme Court of Virginia; and <br /> <br /> Lawrence W. <br />Clulze_ as a founder and <br />State rts; and <br /> <br />I"Anson served the Nation add its <br />president of the National C~nter for <br /> <br /> Lawrence W.
