Katz, City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 91-124 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be <br />held in the City Coungi~ CgQference.Room, 6th floor of City <br />Hall, 801 Crawford Street,! Tuesday, April 9, 1991, at <br />4:45 p.m., for the purpose of a Public Work Session and a <br />joint meeting with Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing <br />Authority Commissioners .at~ 5:38 p.m.' <br /> <br /> In addition yc~ may consider ~a motion to go into an <br />Executive Session. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> The following Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing <br />Authority Commissioners were preseht: <br /> <br /> P. Hardee <br /> Lillian Cooper <br /> Danny Cruce, EXecutive Director <br /> <br /> 90-125 - Motion of Mr. Hawks, and seconded by Mr. Clemons, <br />to go into Executive Session pursuant to provisions of Section <br />2.1-344 of the Code of Virginia for the following: <br /> <br /> (1) Consideration of appointments to Boards and <br />Commissions by the City Council as permitted under Subsection <br />(a) (1); <br /> <br /> (2) Consideration of the use of public property in the <br />Crawford and Hattonsville Redevelopment Project portions of the <br />City as permitted under Subsection (A) (3); <br /> <br /> (3) Consideration of the acquisition of real property <br />public use in the Crawford and Southside III Redevelopment <br />Project portions of the City as permitted under Subsection <br />(a) (3). <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />On motion was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Epperson, and seconded by Mr. Hawks, <br />pursuant to Section 2.1-344.1 of the Code of Virginia <br />certifying that to the best of the Council Member's knowledge <br />during the immediately preceding Executive Session of the City <br />Council: <br /> <br />Only public business matters lawfully exempted from <br />open meeting requirements by the Virginia Freedom <br />of Information Act, and <br /> <br /> <br />
