Joint meeting with the Portsmouth Port Industri Commission and Industrial Development Authority: The following Commissioners were present: Michael J. Blachman, Daniel Duncan Jordan Slone Edward Oast Ralph Wilson Julius Williams Donald Kilgore, Chairman Attorney for PPIC/IDA 2.
