Katz, City Attorney. <br /> <br />91-307 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> Please attend a Called meeting of the City Council to be <br />held in the City Council Chambers, 6th floor of City Hall, 801 <br />Crawford Street, at 4:45 p.m,, Tuesday, September 10, 1991, for <br />the purpose of a Public Work SeSsion~' ' ~ <br /> <br /> At approximately 5:15 p.m., the Council will consider a <br />motion to go into Executive Session with members of the <br />Industrial Development Authority. <br /> <br /> By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> 91-308 - The following items were discussed in the Public <br />Work Session: <br /> <br /> 1. Wilson, Junius Williams, Jr. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by Mr. Epperson to go <br />into Executive Session pursuant to provisions Of Section <br />2.1-344 of the Code of Virginia for the following: <br /> <br /> (1) Co~s~.d~.r-a-t~on- ~f--the'~us.~' of Public property in the <br />PortCentre and Churchland areas of the City as permitted under <br />Subsection (A) (3). <br /> <br /> (2) Consideration of appointments to Boards and <br />Commissions by the City Council as permitted under Subsection <br />(A) (1). <br /> <br />Motion was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Hawks and seconded by Mr. King pursuant to <br />Section 2.1-344.1 of the Code of Virginia certifying that to <br />the best of the Council Member's knowledge during the <br />immediately preceding Executive Session of the City Council: <br /> <br /> <br />
