Rondalyn Mills. 510 McLean Street, voiced her concern for the current retirement <br />plan for Portsmouth Supplemental Retirement System (PSRS) retirees. <br /> <br />2. Steve Carroll, 3112 Riveredge Drive, voiced his concerns with a development firm's <br />request to redefine the development standards for Victory Crossing. <br /> <br />3. Paul Landers, Jr., 402 Cabot Street, voiced his concerns with a development firm's <br />request to redefine the development standards for Victory Crossing. <br /> <br />4. Tony Goodman, 38 Linden Avenue, wanted to commend the City Council for taking a <br />step in improving transportation in the city. <br /> <br />5.
