Motion adopted by 5-0 vote. The Public Work Session resumed and were discussed: the following items 1. Regional Jail - A proposal for a site at Craney Island. Holidays - City Manager recommended giving city employees December 26th and 27th, as holiday leave. Referendum - Mr. Katz presented information regarding petition requirements and time frames for preparing for a voter referendum.
