John Lifsey, 229 Mt. Vernon Avenue, asked that Council ban smoking in restaurants. <br /> <br />2. C. W. "Luke" McCoy, 3408 Canterbury Drive, addressed issues with regards to the <br />Portsmouth Supplemental Retirement System. <br /> <br />3. Clyde Toler, 1029 Blair Street, voiced his concern with regards to the crab house. <br /> <br />4.
