<br /> 92-176 - Letter from the City Manager recommending
<br />adoption of an ordinance appropriating $50,000 from the Public
<br />Utility Capital Improvements Fund for the repair of three
<br />gravity sewers, and award of the bid to the low bidder,
<br />Inner-View, Ltd.
<br />
<br /> The Director of Public Utilities has requested an
<br />appropriation of $50,000 from the 1991-92 Public utilities
<br />Capital Improvements Fund and award of a contract to the low
<br />bidder, Inner-View, Ltd., (see attached) for the repair of
<br />three gravity sewers. The cost of these repairs is actual!y~
<br />$79,150 (less inspection) with the balance of the funding
<br />coming from funds identified for this purpose in the FY 1991-92
<br />Public Utilities Operating Budget.
