<br />ein necessary to the project, because the owner of

<br /> to agree upon the price to be paid therefore; and

<br />the advancement of the work and the use of said

<br />:EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
<br />irginia:

<br />City Attorney be, and he hereby is, authorized and
<br />ave instituted eminent domain proceedings against the
<br />esc~ibed property situate in the City of Suffolk,
<br />the purpose of acquiring a permanent and temporary
<br />easement for construction of a water transmission
<br />to Sections 2.06, 2.07, and 2.08 of the Charter of
<br />ortsmouth, Virginia, as amended, and to deposit to
<br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court of'the City of
<br />inia, as provided by law, ths sum hereinafter
<br />compensate the owner of the property designated and
<br />certain plat entitled "Plat Showin~ Utility Easement
<br />d From i~my-Shu, Inc. By The City Of Portsmouth,
<br />ress Borough - Suffolk, Virginia," dated January 15,
<br />d by Rouse-Sirine Associates, LTD., Surveyors,
