<br /> (F) A resolution to provide for the acquisition of a
<br />permanent and temporary easement for construction upon property
<br />owned by Supreme Foods, Inc. under eminent domain proceedings
<br />pursuant to the Charter of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, said
<br />easements being necessary for the construction of a water
<br />transmission/line.
<br /> Motion Df Mr. Hawks, seconded by Mr. Williams, the following
<br />resolution wSs adopted on first and final reading and by the
<br />following vo~e:

<br />described he[ein necessary to the project, beCause the owner of
<br />the property~to be affected by said easements and the city.haVe
<br />not been able to agree upon the price to be paid therefore, and
<br /> WHEREAS~! the advancement of the work and the use of said
<br />property will be unreasonably delayed if said easements are not
<br />made availabJe for the project as soon as possible.
