Charles Whitehurst, 342 Worthington Square, spoke in opposition to the proposed <br />location of the new courthouse. <br /> <br />2. Clyde Toler, 1029 Blair Street, asked that the city do a better job with keeping his <br />neighborhood and other areas throughout the city clean. <br />
