Terry Danaher, 413 Dinwiddie Street, thanked Council for passing the resolution <br />voicing opposition to the ethanol refinery. She also asked that staff look into how <br />much is spent to cool the City's buildings and informed Council and citizens of the <br />"Take a Stand" campaign. <br /> <br />2. Frank Harte, 3403 Dogwood Drive, voiced his concern with the fact that the sound <br />wall will not be built in time for the opening of the Maersk terminals and informed <br />Council of funding that may be available for this project. <br /> <br />3.
