August 6, 7, 8, 1992 At a special meetiing of City Council held on Thursday, August 6, and Friday, ~ugust 7, and Saturday, August 8, 1992, there were present: Mayor Gloria O. Webb, Vice Mayor Lee E. King, Johnny M. ~lemons, John H. Epperlson, Bernard D. Griffin, *James C. Hawks, Cameron C. Pitt~, V. Wayne Orton, City Manager, Stuart E. Katz, City Attorney~ William E. Froehlich~ City Assessor. *Councilman James C. H~wks arrived at 7:45 p.m. The following call for the meeting was read: "Please attend a Council to be held at in Lancaster County, V at 9:00 a.m. on Friday Saturday, August 8, 19 Session. In addition you m Executive Session.
