The fir~ of Maguire Associates, Inc., was selected through the professional procurement process for the original master plan for Port ~e~re as wetl.~as ~hei~d~s~gn of..fi~t~r~imp~owements to include the ~aterfron~'area. The Director of Public Works, therefore, recommends the award of a contrac~ in the amount of $32,000 to M~guire Associates, Inc., to complete the necessary work. Sufficient funds are available from prior appropriations for this work. I, therefore, concur with the recommendation of the Director of Public Wo~ks and recommend your adoption of a motion to award the contractlto Maguire Associates, Inc."
