<br />At a Regular Meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, June 26, 2007 there were
<br />present:
<br />
<br />Mayor James W. Holley III, Vice Mayor Marlene W. Randall, William E. Moody, Jr.,
<br />Stephen E. Heretick, Elizabeth M. Psi mas, Ray A. Smith, Sr., Douglas L. Smith, City
<br />Manager James B. Oliver, Jr., Senior Deputy City Attorney George M. Willson.
<br />
<br />Councilman Stephen E. Heretick opened the meeting with prayer, which was
<br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
<br />
<br />Mayor Holley called the meeting to order and welcomed all in attendance.
<br />
<br />'" Councilwoman Psi mas welcomed Maestro Walter Attanasi back to the City of
<br />Portsmouth for the Todi MusicFest.
<br />
<br />Motion by Ms. Psi mas, and seconded by Mr. R. Smith, to approve the minutes of
<br />a Called Meeting on June 8, 2007, a Called Meeting on June 11, 2007, a Called
<br />Meeting of June 12, 2007 and a Regular Meeting of June 12, 2007, and was adopted by
<br />the following vote:

<br />Ayes: Heretick, Moody, Psi mas, Randall, D. Smith, R. Smith, Holley
<br />Nays: None

<br />07 - 262 - Rezoning and use permit:
<br />
<br />Motion by Mr. R. Smith, and seconded by Ms. Randall, to adopt the following
<br />ordinance approved on first reading at the June 12, 2007 meeting, and was adopted by
<br />the following vote:

<br />07-262 (a):
<br />"ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-07-07."

<br />Nays: None

<br />Motion by Mr. R. Smith, and seconded by Mr. D. Smith, to adopt the following
<br />ordinance approved on first reading at the June 12, 2007 meeting, and was adopted by
<br />the following vote:

<br />"ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-07-08."
