Council considered t~e appeal of Third Baptist Church of <br />the DowntownlDesign Committee s decision concerning property at <br />461 Godwin Street. <br /> <br /> Motion ~f <br />the appeal o~ <br />at 461 Godwi] <br /> <br /> 3.
