Epperson, Bernard D. Griffiq, J~mes C. ~awks~ Cameron, C. ~itts, V. Wayne Orton, City Manager,.~St~art E. Katz, City At~orney.~ Vice Mayor King opened the meeting with prayer and was followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the-Flag. c. ~The Mayor welcomed all in attendance. . ~ 92-373 ~ Public Hearing on rezoning and use permit applications: (a) Z-92-13 WESTHAVEN NEIGHBORHOOD - Rezoning application of Sandra Owens and Cynthia Ladisic for properties at 3620 County Street, 701, 711 and 713 Rodman Avenue. Motion of Mr. Griffin and seconded by Mr..King to concur with the recommendation of the Planning Commission that Z-92-13 be approved on first reading and was adopted by unanimous vote. (b) UP-92-17~ Mr. Greg Dodd, questions from Motion of CRADOCK-NEIGHBORHOOD -:Use Dermit application of the HER Organization for a reslden~ial care facility. 164 s. George Washington Hwy,~,~was~available for Council. Mr. Hawk~s and s~og.~d' by Mr'. King ,to concur with the recommendation of the Planning Commission that"UP-92-17 be approve'd with, the condition that the property remains taxable property, the motion was apprpyed on fi.rst reading and was adopted by unanimous vote. (c~ UP-~92-20 WESTHAVEN NEIGHBORHOOD - I3se~. · permit application of the Trinity Temple Chu-rcb o~f Go.d. in7 Christ for a church at 3550 Western Branch Boulevard. Rev. Benjamin Adamson, 3r., 1020 Kitt Court, was available for questions from Council. Motion Of Mr. King and seconded-by Mr.~ Gr, iffin to concur with the recommer~dation of the Plannin~ Commissi~hat UP-~2-20 be approved on first reading and was adopted by a 5-.2 (Pitts, Webb) vote.
