The Notice of Application and Request for Appointment of Viewers has been advertisedl I, therefore, recommend adoption of the resolution appointing viewers for this application." On motion of Mr. Epperson and seconded by Mr. King, the following resolution was adopted, and by the following~ vote: . A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING A POkTION-OF GREEN STREET AND COLUMBIA STREET. WHEREAS, Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority has made application to vacate, close and discontinue the hereinafter-described portion of Green Street and Columbia Street, and it appearing that Notice of Application and Request for Appointment of Viewers has been advertised as required by law.
