Luther Anderson, 4910 Johnson Avenue, thanked Council for their help in getting <br />street lights along the Clifford Street Bridge. <br /> <br />2. Clyde Toler, 1029 Blare Street, voiced his concern with various issues with Council <br />and the community. <br /> <br />3. Manuel Natal, 114 Chautauqua Avenue, voiced his concern with what he believes is <br />a wrongful termination from the Fire Department. <br /> <br />4. Janice Hargrove, 852 Philpotts Road, Norfolk, requested a letter from the City <br />Manager based on information that she provided to him at the meeting. <br /> <br />5. Adam Messer, 400 Court Street, voiced his opposition to the proposed location of <br />the Courthouse. <br /> <br />6. Martha Ann Creecy, 317 Dinwiddie Street, voiced her opposition to the proposed <br />location of the Courthouse. <br /> <br />On motion, meeting adjourned at 10:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />A' .
