Jones, Planning Director, to amend certain sections of Chapter 40 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth pertaining to street access, corner visibility, permitted uses in historic districts, conversions in historic districts, exemptions in downtown zoning districts, parking lot requirements, parking lot screening, landscaping standards, landscapimg exceptions, standards for group housing projects, signs in planned cffice park districts, site development plans, non-conforming uses, planned unit' developments, dimensional requirements for residential zoning districts, and definition of a public street.
