Griffin, Sr., Cameron C. Pitts, <br />P. Ward Robinett, Jr., J. Thomas Berm III, William E. MOody, Jr., Charles B. Whitehurst, <br />St., City Manager Ronald W. Massie, City Attorney G. Timothy Oksman. <br /> <br />01 - 03 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held in the City <br />Manager's Conference Room, 801 Crawford Street, 6th floor, 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, <br />January 2, 2001, for the purpose of a Closed Session. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />01 - 04 - Motion by Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Griffin, to go into Closed Meeting <br />pursuant to provisions of Section 2.1-344(A) of the Code of Virginia, to discuss or <br />consider the following: <br /> <br />employee personnel matters, as authorized by subsection 1. <br /> <br />The motion was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Whitehurst, pursuant to Section <br />2.1-344.1 (D) of the Code of Virginia, certifying that to the best of the Council Member's <br />knowledge during the immediately preceding Closed Meeting of the City Cou ~cil: <br /> <br />1.
