<br />Sailing Association, presented City Council with a gift of a
<br />weather vane from the association.

<br />site.

<br />Motion of Mr. Griffin, and seconded by Mr. Epperson to amend the
<br />order of business to discuss and consider item 93-256 at this
<br />point in the meeting and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />93-256 - Letter from the City Manager recommending adoption of a
<br />resolution expressing concurrence with the Inducement Resolution
<br />adopted by the Industrial Development Authority of the County of
<br />Henrico, Virginia, and approving the issuance of Hospital Revenu~
<br />Refunding Bonds for the benefit of Maryview and Bon Secours Health
<br />Systems, Inc.
<br />
<br /> "Maryview Hospital, which is affiliated with Bon Secours
<br />Health System, Inc., proposes to issue a new bond issue through
<br />the Industrial Development Authority of the County of Henrico
<br />~hich will allow Maryview Hospital to refund the outstanding
<br />portion of the series 1985B Bonds, advance refund the outstanding
<br />portion of the series 1985C bonds, fund a debt service fund, if
<br />~eemed necessary, and pay certain expenses incurred with the
<br />issuance of the bonds. When the bonds were originally issued, th,
<br />Industrial Development Authority of Henrico County was requested
<br />to be the lead agency in a multi-jurisdictional financing by Bon
<br />Secours Health Systems, Inc. which included funding for Maryview
<br />Hospital.
