<br /> resolution to convey property adjacent to Elmhurst Lane to the

<br /> "The City is the owner of a strip of land alon9 Elmhu~st
<br /> Lane. ~This property is a residual piece of land a=quired by the
<br /> City for~constr~ction Of Elmhurst Lane as an industrial access
<br /> road. %As it is not right-of.way, ~t is no longer seeded and
<br /> should be made available for e'conomic developmen~ of ~he area.
<br /> This property along with an adjacent parcel, can ~be~used to
<br /> attract a small business to develop the site.
