Since the <br />amendment!s d~ not ~coinci~de~ with. the~ section~as presently S~'t out <br />in our Cit~Code, an~ordi~nce~change~i~necessar~ ~0 comply with <br />this ~me~ded. State law'. 'The Director of <br />Housing :& .Emergency ServiCes has .proposed,that ,~e restrain the <br />monthly 'boarding registration', for~ short term vaca~ncies, and ad~pt <br />the new State Code to address properties that remain vacant over <br />longer period2 This will redud~, the administrative burden of <br />managing our vacant building inventory, while continuing to <br />promote the monitoring of these properties. <br /> <br /> -'I~ therefore, .re~omm.~end ~ the adoption of.this~rdinan.¢:~..
