Wolff, Chief Financial Officer <br />Kenneth Wheeler, Public Information Officer <br />John Maher, Chief of Staff <br /> <br />06 - 452 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br />"Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held at the YMCA Camp <br />Silver Beach, 6272 YMCA Lane, Jamesville, Virginia, on Sunday, October 1, 2006 at <br />4:20 p.m. for the purpose of a City Council Retreat. <br /> <br />In addition, you may consider a motion to go into a Closed Meeting. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />06 - 453 - The following items were discussed: <br /> <br />1.
