<br />"RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF A GROUP HOUSING USE PERMIT
<br />(GHP-06-01) TO CAVALIER COMMUNITY PARTNERS, LLC., TO CONVERT 240

<br />GREENWOOD DRIVE AND 1900 DARREN CIRCLE.

<br />WHEREAS, Cavalier Community Partners, LLC., has made application,
<br />pursuant to Section 40-112 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), as
<br />amended, for the approval and granting of a group housing use permit to convert 240
<br />apartment units into 240 residential condominium units at 4600 Greenwood Drive and
<br />1900 Darren Circle, Portsmouth, Virginia; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the subject property is furthermore described as:

<br />All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
<br />improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia, and known, numbered and designated as Sect. I Charlestowne
<br />Townhouses (3.4360 acres), as shown on that certain plat entitled
<br />"Charlestowne Townhouses, Section 1 Portion of Washington Heights
<br />Properties Corp., Portsmouth, Virginia", made be Freeman and Johnson,
<br />Engineers and Surveyors, dated February 18, 1971, which said plat is duly
<br />recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Portsmouth, Virginia,
