November 13, 2005 will begin the advertisement for architectural and <br />engineering services. On November 30, 2005, receive qualifications from A & <br />E firms (architectural and engineering firms). On December 8, 2005, finalize <br />short list of A & E firms. The week of December 19-21, interview A & E firms. <br />On January 9, 2005, award design contract. The design and production of <br />construction documents will take 9 to 12 months.
