Holley III, Vice Mayor William E. Moody, Jr., Charles B. Whitehurst, <br />Sr., Marlene W. Randall, Elizabeth M. Psimas, Ray A. Smith, Deputy City Manager L. <br />Pettis Patton, Senior Deputy City Attorney George M. Willson. <br /> <br />05 - 425 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br />"Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held at Churchland <br />Middle School, 4051 River Shore Road, 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 20, 2005 for <br />the purpose of a Community Meeting. <br /> <br />In addition, you may consider a motion to go into a Closed Meeting. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />05 - 426 - The following items were discussed at the Community Meeting: <br /> <br />1. Citizen Concerns Program through the Internet - Mark Gardner, Director of <br />Information Technology <br /> <br />2. Participation of the City in Hurricane Katrina Relief Efforts - Jeff Terwilliger, Deputy <br />Coordinator of Emergency Management <br /> <br />3.
