Cox to be appointed for a three year term ending June 30,2008, replacing James Gillerlain. Margaret A. Morse to be appointed for a three year term ending June 30, 2008, replacing Joseph Preziotti, Jr. Sheridan Clem to be reappointed for a three year term ending June 30, 2008.
