June 14. 2005 UP-05-10 Beginning at the southeast corner of George Washington Highway and Woodland Street, thence in a southerly direction 120 feet to a point; thence in a easterly direction 134 feet to a point; thence in a northerly direction 120 feet to a point; thence in a westerly direction 134 feet to the point of beginning. 3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which the applicant and any successor in interest shall observe: (a) The applicant shall provide a minimum of 10 on-site parking spaces. (b) A maximum of two (2) delivery pick-ups will occur between the hours of 2 a.m. and 8 a.m. (c) The hours of operation shall be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., seven (7) days a week. (d) The storage/removal of trash shall be in accordance with the Waste Management Plan approved by General Services on March 2, 2005 (e) The applicant shall submit to all required inspections by the City's Fire Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official. This shall include an initial inspection prior to the opening of the business and annual inspections thereafter. (f) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and permits. (g) All taxes and fees owed or collected in connection with the subject property and operations shall be paid when due. 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council."
