May 24.2005 UP-05-11 Starting at the northwest corner of High Street and Middle Street, proceed north 56.4', then continue west 85', then proceed north 27.63', then continue west 85', the proceed south 15', then continue east 51.46', the continue south 69', then east 175,94 feet to the starting point. 3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which the applicant and any successor in interest shall observe: (a) The use of the property shall be limited to that of a day spa and any accessory uses associated with a day spa.
