<br />300 <br /> <br />May 17. 2005 <br /> <br />At a Called Meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, May 17, 2005, there were <br />present: <br /> <br />Mayor James W. Holley III, Vice Mayor William E. Moody, Jr., Charles B. Whitehurst, <br />Sr., Marlene W. Randall, .Stephen E. Heretick, .Elizabeth M. Psimas, Ray A. Smith, <br />Sr., Deputy City Manager L. Pettis Patton. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Marlene W. Randall opened the meeting with prayer, which was <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />05 -231 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br />"Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held at Olive Branch <br />Elementary, 415 Mimosa Road, 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 17, 2005 for the purpose of <br />a Joint Community Meeting with the School Board. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />The following School Board Members were present: <br /> <br />James E. Bridgeford, Chair <br />Dr. Elizabeth Daniels, Vice-Chair <br />Elizabeth N. Hudgins <br />Byron 1. Kloeppel <br />B. Keith Nance, Sr. <br />Linda D. Ridenour <br />Jean. H.
