Holley III, Vice Mayor William E. Moody, Jr., Charles B. Whitehurst <br />Sr., 'Marlene W. Randall, Stephen E. Heretick, 'Elizabeth M. Psimas, Ray A. Smith, Sr. <br /> <br /> <br />05 - 180 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br />"Please attend a Called Meeting of the Cit~ Council to be held in the 6th Floo <br />Conference Room, 801 Crawford Street, 6 floor, 5:00 p.m., Wednesday <br />April 13, 2005 for the purpose of a Closed Meeting. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />05 - 181 - Motion by Mr. Smith, and seconded by Mr. Whitehurst, to go into Close <br />Meeting pursuant to provisions of Section 2.2-3711 (A) the Code of Virginia, to discus <br />or consider the following: <br /> <br />_ the performance of specific public officers, as per subsection 1. <br /> <br />The subject matter of the meeting includes discussion of the performance 0 <br />specific public officers. <br /> <br />The purpose of the meeting is to protect the public interest by ensuring fran <br />discussion of confidential matters. <br /> <br />The motion was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Motion by Ms. Psimas, and seconded by Mr. Whitehurst, pursuant to Sectio <br />2.2-3712(0) of the Code of Virginia, certifying that to the best of the Council Members <br />knowledge during the immediately preceding Closed Meeting of the City Council: <br /> <br />1. Only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meetin <br />requirements by the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, and <br /> <br /> <br />2.
