Helen Person, 600 Rutter Street Apt B, spoke on the following concerns in <br /> Westbury: the proximity of the mailboxes, the provision of play areas and equipment <br /> for the children residing in the complex, water spigots on the outside of the <br /> complexes, and the rental office having a key to all mailboxes. <br /> <br />3. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 363 Middle, welcomed the new members of Council and <br /> the new Vice Mayor. Also, he spoke on his new wesbsite at <br /> PortsmouthCityWatch.org. <br /> <br />4.
