March 23, 2004 (c) Street lighting with high-pressure sodium fixtures shall be provided in all parking areas in accordance with Illumination Engineering Standards for Roadways. The Director of Public Works or his designee must approve a lighting plan for the development prior to issuance of building permits. (d) The applicant shall be responsible for the cost and upgrading of utilities for this development. The applicant shall coordinate design of the sewer line with Director of Public Utilities. (e) The property shall be fenced with a fence having a wrought iron appearance supported by intermittent brick columns.
