Brewer Moore, 308 Bobby Jones Drive, spoke on Metro Core Unification Port <br />Norfolk City, saving tax dollars by absorbing Portsmouth Redevelopment and <br />Housing Authority (PRHA) staff into the City, supporting regionalism for the Hampton <br />Roads Utilities Billing System and pursuing Norfolk County reunification, <br /> <br />Martha Ann Creecy, 317 Dinwiddie Street, spoke on five historic districts as <br />Portsmouth treasures and the upholding of Commission of Architectural Review <br />(CAR) for Port Norfolk and Park View decision. <br /> <br />Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 363 Middle Street, thanked Council for upholding the <br />Commission of Architectural Review (CAR) for Port Norfolk and Park View decision. <br />He also, spoke on the concern that CAR appeal process is not a public hearing and <br />suggested posting a visible certificate of appropriateness similar to the building <br />permit process. <br /> <br /> On motion, meeting adjourned at 10:03 p.m. <br />Minu/tes prepared ~ // <br /> <br />Victor Iq.
