Pat Burns, 1219 Portsmouth Boulevard, thanked city employees for work during Hurricane Isabel. Also, she asked about how citizens were suppose to know whom is to be evacuated. 2. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 363 Middle Street, spoke on the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority. 3.
