Also, she <br />announced, as a newly appointment member to the Board of Directors for the Girl <br />Scouts, participation should be encouraged in Cradock. <br /> <br />> Councilman Pitts announced the Safe Sites Program for Hampton Roads. <br /> <br />03 - 109 - Non-Agenda Speakers <br /> <br />1. Bill Santabar, 3153 Sterling Way, spoke on the City maintaining Sterling Way. <br /> <br />2. Melody Repanshek, 54 Channing Avenue, spoke on Cradock revitalization. <br /> <br />3. J. Brewer Moore, 308 Bobby Jones Drive, spoke on the Hampton Roads Utility <br /> Billing System. <br /> <br />4. Bridget Krivanec, 604 Court Street, spoke on concerns in Cradock. <br /> <br />5. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 363 Middle Street, spoke on the Portsmouth's Teacher of <br /> the Year. Also, expressed satisfaction with the Manager's recommendation for the <br /> funding of recreational facilities and full funding for the School Board. <br /> <br /> <br />
